Sarah and Max are a charming and playful couple so clearly in love! This session was a colorful spring explosion! From Sarah's beautiful dresses to the peonies on full display, we fully embraced the garden's bright and fun spring setting.

Green Spring Gardens is one of my very favorite engagement session locations. The gardens are beautiful year-round, but my very favorite time is when the peonies are in full bloom as they were with Sarah and Max's session! The color and variety of flowers, as well as the historic house and the gazebo on the pond, gave us so much visual interest all in one location.
Sarah's flowy pink dress was one of my favorite dresses I've seen at an engagement session. She looked beautiful, and the fabric draping was gorgeous in the golden hour light! I also of course had to take some time to photograph her engagement ring with each of the stunning flowers. Many of my favorite ring detail photos in my portfolio are from this one session because the flowers were on full display here!

Memorable Moments
One of my favorite spots at Green Spring Gardens during golden hour isn't directly in the gardens - it's actually right next to the parking lot! The golden hour light filters through the trees perfectly in this hidden gem of a spot, adding a simpler yet dreamy setting to a session otherwise packed with colorful flowers and winding paths.
