My name is Emily and I founded Beauty of the Soul Studio officially in 2017. After working as the second shooter for dozens of weddings with some incredible photographers in Northern Virginia, I decided to open my own business with the goal of serving clients who appreciate the beauty and importance of their wedding day beyond just taking pretty photos. My goal for every wedding is to combine magazine-worthy details + portraits with candid emotional images that honor your marriage and celebrate your friends + family, bringing you back to your lived experience of the day every time you look through the photos.

Whether your wedding is a Traditional Latin Mass in a beautiful church, an intimate ceremony in a romantic garden venue, or anything in between, know that we are there for any couples whose goal is to celebrate the beauty of marriage surrounded by their loved ones, not just throw an expensive party.
